OnlineDonations – Terms of Use

By accessing or using the OnlineDonations Fundraising Service (the “Service”) through OnlineDonations.us (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Service

The Service is an online fundraising platform that helps organizations connect with supporters, collect contributions, and manage campaigns. You agree to use the Service only for lawful, legitimate fundraising purposes and to respect the privacy of donors and participants.

OnlineDonations provides digital tools—including optional computer-assisted messaging and a customizable fundraising page. You maintain full control over the content you choose to display.

Funds Collected

All donations are received by OnlineDonations, a registered professional solicitor in compliance with South Carolina law. Each organization is responsible for determining any required state-level registrations.

Unless otherwise noted, collected funds (less administrative fees) are remitted within 10 days of the campaign’s end date. Approved fund managers have full access to reporting and transaction records.

Marketing Use — Success Stories, Images & Results

You acknowledge and agree that OnlineDonations may use your organization’s name, logo, images, fundraising results, and any success stories or testimonials related to your campaign for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, website content, case studies, advertisements, and social media posts.
If you prefer not to be featured, you may opt out at any time by contacting us in writing.

Intellectual Property & Restrictions

OnlineDonations retains all rights to its software, design, tools, content, and materials. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, or sell any proprietary content from the Website.

You agree to indemnify and hold OnlineDonations harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time. Certain sections—including intellectual property, indemnification, and limitations of liability—survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We may update or modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the most current Terms.

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and OnlineDonations. You may not assign your rights or obligations without written consent.

Any waiver must be in writing. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect. All disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days.
